— PAUSE, REFELECT & CONNECT
Be part of real conversations and a community every Sunday
A space to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and sit with people who are also learning to live a little more consciously. No crisis required, just a willingness to show up.

A Space to Pause, Reflect, Connect, and Grow
Life can feel overwhelming sometimes.
Work pressures, relationship challenges, family responsibilities, self-doubt, loneliness, anxiety, or simply the feeling that you are carrying too much on your own.
The Sunday Meetup is a space to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend some time reconnecting with yourself and others.
It is a space for meaningful conversations, self-reflection, learning, and community.
You do not need to be going through a crisis to attend.
You simply need a willingness to show up for yourself.
What the Sunday Meetup Is
(And Isn't)
The Sunday Meetup is not a therapy session or group therapy.
It is a facilitated community space focused on emotional wellbeing, personal growth, connection, and self-awareness.
While many of the topics we explore relate to emotions, relationships, confidence, stress, boundaries, self-worth, and life challenges, the meetup is designed as a shared learning and reflection experience rather than a therapeutic intervention.
You are never expected to share personal details, and participation is always voluntary.
Some people come to listen. Others come to share. Both are welcome.
What Happens During the Meetup?
This is not a networking event, a lecture, or a place where you are expected to share personal details if you do not want to.
Each meetup follows a thoughtfully designed structure to help you slow down, reflect, learn, and connect.
Sessions may include:
-
Guided discussions on life, relationships, emotions,
and personal growth -
Reflection exercises and self-awareness activities
-
Practical tools from psychology, mindfulness, and coaching
-
Meaningful conversations in a supportive environment
-
Group activities that encourage connection and learning
-
Opportunities to share, listen, and gain new perspectives
You can participate as much or as little as feels comfortable for you.

Sometimes, 90 Minutes Can Change Your Entire Week
We spend so much of our time taking care of responsibilities, solving problems, and showing up for everyone else.
The Sunday Meetup is an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and spend time with people who are also committed to growing, learning, and living more consciously.
You do not have to do life alone.
