Here is what a session with me actually looks like
Most people who come to me have already tried something. They've talked to friends, Googled their symptoms, asked ChatGPT or Claude, watched videos, read books, or even seen another therapist. The advice often made sense, but the same patterns kept showing up.

My role isn't just to give you more tools. It's to help you understand what's really driving the thoughts, emotions, or patterns that are keeping you stuck.
In session
I am not here to hand you a worksheet or tell you to simply think positively. I am here to help you uncover the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck.
In our sessions, I ask the questions that often go unasked, the ones that make you pause, reflect, and see yourself from a completely different perspective. Those moments of insight can become the starting point for meaningful change.
Therapy is not about quick fixes. It is about understanding yourself more deeply, creating awareness, and building a healthier relationship with your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Sessions are conducted one-on-one and are available both online and in person in Bangalore.
I work with concerns such as anxiety, overthinking, low self-confidence, relationship challenges, panic attacks, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. If something is affecting your peace of mind, relationships, or day-to-day life, that is reason enough to reach out.
