This session is for any two people who want to communicate better, resolve ongoing conflict or simply understand each other more deeply. Couples, siblings, close friends, cousins, or parent and child, anyone who shares an important relationship can book this together.

Kids & Teen Support

For parents who want real support for their teen

You can see your teenager is struggling, but getting them to open up is not easy. These sessions give your teen a private, judgement-free space with someone they can talk to honestly, away from family pressure. Whether it's stress, anxiety, confidence, identity or just feeling overwhelmed, I'll help them feel more like themselves again.
