By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or book a session.
 

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.

1. Use of Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, names, and other materials, belongs to or is legally used by anupmagupta.com and its associated entities, unless stated otherwise.
 

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, publish, or use any of the website's content for commercial or public purposes without prior written permission.

Prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice.

However, once a booking has been accepted and confirmed, the price applicable to that booking will not be changed.

6. Client Classification & Booking Portals

We operate two separate booking portals with different pricing:
 

India Booking Portal

The India booking portal, with prices displayed in INR, is intended for clients whose usual place of residence is in India.
 

International / NRI Booking Portal

The International/NRI booking portal, with prices displayed in USD, is intended for clients whose usual place of residence is outside India.
 

This classification applies regardless of the client's:

• Nationality

• Citizenship

• Country of origin

• Ethnicity

• Indian or non-Indian background
   

An International/NRI Client may include:

• An Indian citizen who normally lives outside India.

• An Indian citizen who permanently moved outside India.

• An NRI or person of Indian origin who normally lives outside India.

• A foreign national who normally lives outside India.

• Any other person whose usual place of residence is outside India.
   

7. Temporary Travel or Visits

Your temporary physical location does not change your client classification.

 

If you normally live outside India but are temporarily visiting India for a holiday, family visit, long vacation, work, business, or any other temporary purpose, you will continue to be classified as an International/NRI Client and must use the International/NRI booking portal.

 

Similarly, if you normally live in India but are temporarily travelling outside India, you will continue to be classified as an India Client and must use the India booking portal.

Your usual place of residence, rather than temporary travel, determines which pricing category applies.

8. Choosing the Correct Booking Portal

It is your responsibility to select the booking portal that matches your usual place of residence.

​

If you normally live in India, you must use the India booking portal.
 

If you normally live outside India, you must use the International/NRI booking portal.

Booking through the India portal does not automatically make you eligible for India pricing. Your nationality, birthplace, family background, or temporary travel location does not determine your pricing category.

9. Verification of Client Location

We reserve the right to verify your usual place of residence if necessary.
 

We may ask for reasonable information, such as your current country of residence or other relevant details, to determine which booking portal and pricing applies.
 

If you have booked through the incorrect portal, we may:

• Cancel or decline the booking;

• Reschedule the session; and/or

• Ask you to pay the applicable price difference before the session takes place.

Any refund, cancellation, or rescheduling will be handled according to our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

10. Incorrect Information

By booking a session, you confirm that the information you provide about your place of residence is accurate and complete.

​

If you provide incorrect or misleading information to obtain a lower price, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or require payment of the applicable price difference before the session takes place.

​

We will make any determination about the applicable client classification and pricing in good faith.
