Our Policy for rescheduling a session is as follows:


Rescheduling Policy

  • The sessions can be rescheduled 24 hours in advance free of cost by the clients in 'My Bookings'.

  • A client is allowed to reschedule a session only once. If a session needs to be rescheduled more than one time, the client needs to contact us through email at In the event of rescheduling more than once by the client through 'My Bookings', the session will be deemed to be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

  • Any rescheduling within 24 hours till 2 hours before the session will be subjected to a fee of 50% of the session charges.

  • Less than 2 hours before the session, the rescheduling will not be possible.

  • Saturday sessions can be rescheduled 24 hours in advance free of cost by the clients in 'My Bookings'. Except that, no rescheduling can be done on Saturdays.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:


Cancellation Policy


There is no cancellation of the plans once you opt for the services. We will try to change your present counsellor to give you a better counseling experience after the proper and genuine investigation into the matter.


Refund Policy


Scenarios in which refund or no refund will be initiated.


~Situations in which FULL REFUND may be considered :


  • If is not able to assign you the counsellor within 4 Working days of Payment Confirmation and Client form Submission.

~Situations in which NO REFUND will be given :


  • If You have paid for the session and we have assigned the counsellor to you within 4 working days and you don’t wish to take the session in that case, We are sorry but no refund will be issued to you. Please note, if you wish to cancel it for any reason before taking the session, no refund will be initiated for the same. Please make sure that you really need to take the session before making any payments.

  • If you are unhappy with the services, no partial or full refund will be issued in this scenario. The only possibility which exists in this scenario is that we will consider changing your assigned counsellor after carefully considering all the valid points and reasons. In this scenario, your sessions will resume from that point only and no previously used sessions will be given. You will only get your remaining sessions.

  • Suppose, you have completed your package sessions and are not happy with the services, no refund will be issued. You need to re-opt for the packages and we will consider changing your counsellor and will provide you with a new counsellor. But you will have to re-pay for the new package.

  • You need to take your sessions under the validity period, failing to do so will cancel all your subscriptions and no refund will be issued in that case. You need to re-opt the packages and restart your journey. In this scenario, you can opt for the previously assigned counsellor.

  • Note: Scheduling sessions is your responsibility and not the counsellor. In case of any query, you can message or email us at  After the expiration of the validity period, no requests will be entertained.

  • Your counsellor can change your appointment time and slot if need be. You will be informed about the same. No complaints will be taken into consideration for that.

  • If you won’t be able to take a session on the assigned slot, you must tell the counsellor at least 24 hours before the booked slot, and reschedule your session, failing to do so will cancel your session & no refund will be issued. 

  • Suppose you wish to cancel your package subscription in between because of any reason, no partial or any refund will be issued to you.

  • It is your responsibility to complete your sessions within the validity period, you must contact your counsellor to fix your next session. If the counsellor is not helping you to fix the session, please send us an email to notify us about the same.
