Key responsibilities:
-
Design and conduct expressive therapy sessions (art/music/dance) for individuals and groups across all diverse populations and age groups.

Develop customised expressive art therapeutic interventions to support emotional and psychological well-being.

Collaborate with psychologists and wellness experts to integrate creative therapies into emotional wellness programs.
-
Assist in creating workshops, courses, and webinars on expressive therapies.
-
Maintain client progress reports and ensure ethical therapeutic practices.
-
Maintain empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
-
A Master’s degree/Currently pursuing/Diploma/Certification in Art Therapy, Music Therapy, or Dance/Movement Therapy from a recognized institution.

A background in Psychology, Counselling, or Mental Health is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques in expressive arts (art/music/dance therapy)

Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

2. Psychologist
Key Responsibilities:

Curate and conduct wellness programs - courses and workshops for diverse age groups.

Facilitate group therapy, support groups, and wellness programs.

Content creation for Social Media posts, emails, blogs, and other mental health resources and developing marketing strategies.

Attend calls, respond to inquiries, and clarify details about our services

Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to clients’ mental health needs.

Develop evidence-based mental health programs for various age groups.
-
Collaborate with other therapists and instructors to offer holistic healing approaches.
-
Maintain empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:

A Master’s degree (MA/MSc) in Psychology/Organizational Psychology from a recognized institution.

Any additional certifications and licenses in therapy and other psychology-related services are an advantage.

3. Meditation Instructor Intern
Key Responsibilities:

Lead guided meditation and visualization sessions for diverse age groups, including children and adults.

Develop customized meditation with relaxing yoga plans tailored to individual client needs.

Assist in planning events and workshops around meditation and stress management.

Assist in digital content creation for meditation-related posts.
-
Collaborate with the team to support overall wellness programs at the center, including yoga workshops, stress-relief sessions, and mindfulness courses.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:

Certification in Yoga and Meditation Instruction from a recognized institute.
Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Empathetic, patient, and passionate about promoting well-being through holistic practices.

Scriptwriting for mediation sessions

Openness to feedback and willingness to improve continuously.
