Service Description

Our support groups foster a nonjudgmental and supportive environment where individuals can share personal challenges, celebrate victories, and draw strength from one another. The initial series focuses on stories of "resilience and growth", encouraging participants to share their experiences of overcoming difficulties and the habits that helped them persevere. This approach can be beneficial for those feeling “stuck.” Benefits: ~ A supportive environment to share and learn from others. ~ Build connections with peers facing similar situations. ~ Develop collective coping skills and feel empowered through shared experiences. Things to Keep in Mind: Support groups are not a substitute for therapy and focus more on emotional sharing. Confidentiality and respect are essential for group cohesion and trust. Who Can Join: These sessions are open to anyone seeking support and a sense of community while navigating similar life experiences. Details: Timing: 6 pm to 7:30 pm Day: Sunday Frequency: Weekly Duration: 90 minutes Age: 18 and above Max members per group: 15 No. of Sessions: 4 +1 free session Total Fee : INR 2000 + gst Fee per session: INR 700 + gst Who Should Not Join: Support groups may not be ideal for individuals in need of therapeutic intervention or those who prefer one-on-one support.
